Erass Majdoubeh

Partner at Silicon Badia, a top-decile global VC firm investing across Africa, the Middle East and the United States, with over 120 investments and 30+ exits to date.

An investor for nearly a decade, Erass has led high-conviction investments from sourcing through execution and board leadership, and has worked on multiple successful exits. With a strong local-to-global lens, he partners closely with founders to scale category-defining technology companies from the MENA region into globally competitive businesses.

Fahed Qteishat

Executive Director at MEVP (Middle East Venture Partners), one of the largest and most active venture capital firms in MENA, where he leads investment rounds and guides founders through every stage of growth.

Over 13 years in venture capital and startup growth across MENA, Fahed has led tens of deals, capital raises, exits and everything in between, helping ambitious companies go from promising to scaling.

Head of Partnerships · Zest Equity

Sara Asad

Sara has dedicated her career to being a regional catalyst within the tech and startup ecosystem. She currently heads partnerships at Zest Equity, building the infrastructure that powers private market transactions.

Previously she was part of the investment team at Novo Capital, a global institutional fund that invests in emerging technology markets and world-class leaders such as Uber, Airbnb and Tabby. Before that, Sara served as Growth Manager at Tamatem Games, MENA's leading mobile games publisher, where she helped build the company's payments infrastructure and led strategic partnerships. Earlier in her career she spent four years at Endeavor as the Entrepreneur Selection and Growth Manager, identifying and scaling high-impact entrepreneurs across global emerging markets, and served on the Global Endeavor Council representing the Middle East.
